Q: Write about Section 208 and 210 of IPC ?

Ans: S.208 and S.210 of IPC talks of accepting a decree of more money than due. So there cannot be any question of any kind of positive presumption with respect to amount of money, the amount of money due has to be proved by the prosecution.

Section 208 of IPC deals with fraudulently suffering decree for sum not due.

Section 210 of IPC deals with fraudulently obtaining decree for sum not due.

Under Section 208 of IPC, if any person accepts any amount or property for which he is not entitled on the order of court which was erroneously given ,he will be punished with an imprisonment of 2 years or fine or both.

Under Section 210 of IPC, if any person assists to that person who accepts any amount or property for which he is not entitled on the order of court which was erroneously given ,he will also be punished with an imprisonment of 2 years or fine or both.
