Q: Can the written notice be sent through courier ?

Ans: It is necessary to send the notice in writing of dishonour of cheque to bank within 30 days from the date mentioned in memo.

The written notice must be sent through registered post and not through courier.

It would be mentioned in written notice that the drawer has to pay the amount of cheque within 15 days of the receipt of notice.

It would be mentioned that if the amount will not be paid within 15 days, the case will be filed against drawer in court and whatever expenses are made in registered post can also be demanded from drawer in written notice.
