Q: Describe the citation of Ramdas v. Krishnanand Supreme Court Of India Jul 23, 2014 ?

Ans:

Ramdas v. KrishnanandSupreme Court Of IndiaJul 23, 2014

The honourable Supreme Court held that looking at the corroborative evidence adduced by the defence witnesses and more particularly, in the absence of any material evidence in support of the claim of the respondent complainant, the acquittal is just and proper.

When there is no material in support of claim of complainant and the evidence of defence witnesses fully corroborates the version of accused, the acquittal is just and proper.
