Q: What would happen after the admission of Section 200 of Cr.P.C?

Ans: The Magistrate would examine the complainant under section 200 of Cr.P.C but if the affidavit has been filed by complainant, the learned Magistrate would not examine any thing because of written affidavit. The complainant would be called for hearing and the complainant would request to the Magistrate to issue summon to the accused. The Magistrate, then would issue summon to the accused in which the accused will be ordered to appear in the court at a particular date.
If the accused appears in the court before the particular date or on the particular date, the court will order the accused to grant him bail for the purpose of ensuring his presence during the suit  till the satisfaction of court.
