Q: What would happen if an accused avoids the execution of bailable warrant ?
Ans: If an accused does not get appeared before the court or deliberately avoids the execution of bailable warrant, the court will order non-bailable warrant against an accused. After the non-bailable warrant is issued, the police will arrest the accused and present him in the court.
On being aware of non-bailable warrant, the accused himself can surrender in the court and seek bail in the court or can submit the bail application even after arrested by the police. The court can grant him bail or can send him to jail if not satisfied.
