Q: What would happen if drawer gets unavailable at his present address ?

Ans:  In the citation of C.C. Alavi Haji vs Palapetty Muhammed & Anr on 18 May, 2007, the honourable Supreme Court held that the drawee has to send the written notice on the correct address of drawee and if the drawer does not receive the written notice and becomes unavailable at the correct address,  it would be presumed that the notice has been received by the drawer.
